The Training Services Division (TSD) provides accredited training for all areas of the food industry. TSD is an Approved Centre of Excellence with the Meat Training Council with which it delivers training to NVQ standards 1, 2, 3 and 4. It is an Approved Centre with City and Guilds, providing training for the Retail Operations course - Levels 1 and 2. The Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) qualification is also provided by CSD for all courses in Hygiene and Health and Safety.

Training Services work with most High Street supermarkets in supplying Vocational Qualifications (VQs). These qualifications are tailored to the specific needs and standards required for the company. The courses are then approved and accredited by the Meat Training Council.

  • Meat Appreciation
  • Customer Service
  • Basic / Intermediate / Advanced / Trainers modules in Hygiene courses-CIEH approved.
  • Basic Health and Safety courses - CIEH approved.
  • NVQ levels 1, 2, 3 +4 Meat Processing Industry - Meat Training Council approved.
  • City and Guilds approved/li>
  • NVQ levels 1+2 Retail Operations
  • Meat Recognition and Purchasing (certificated)
